We have launched MAPNA electronic vendor registration system
at https://mycart.mapnagroup.com/SRM/ to make it easier for you to apply for registration on our vendor list. To this end, suppliers who have not yet registered their names on MAPNA Group Supplier Databank may “apply for membership” after reading our website content, if their fields of business match the business areas needed at MAPNA Group. Next, MAPNA business department will activate a “username” and a “password” and send them to the email indicated by the applying supplier whose areas of business match what we need. For Iranian companies, this username will be the same as the company’s national ID while foreign companies will receive a username identical to their registry code at their country of origin which must match the information indicated on their registration documents. It is important to note that suppliers who apply for registration must only choose their main area of business when selecting the type of supplier in the registration process; otherwise, they may face problems when providing additional information since suppliers are required to fill in forms that match their area of business. During the initial registration, MAPNA will review and respond to applications within one week. Suppliers confirmed during this initial step will be required to provide MAPNA with additional information. The next step will take about 2 to 3 months for review, response, and final registration at MAPNA.
Suppliers who wish to enter the registration system to provide initial information must
- Have a background of at least 2 years of useful activity in a related area of business;
- Provide a good reference list; and
- Submit relevant technical and legal documents.
