Following 6 months of nonstop endeavor and holding 22 sessions for organizational diagnostics and 7 workshops for specialized training, MAPNA Power Plants Construction & Development Co (MAPNA-MD1) managed to obtain ISO 21502:2020 certificate from TechnischerÜberwachungsverein (TÜV). MD1 is the first company in the electric power industry to obtain this certificate. We owe this achievement to continuous support of our senior management and constant endeavors on the part of our staff. By implementing ISO 21502:2020 standard, we will be able to enhance our abilities in effectively identifying and managing risks, continuously improving project management processes, and increasing our customer satisfaction. This will in turn result in higher probability of success in projects, thereby helping in attaining business objectives.
